Aerobics

This group meets for light exercise via Zoom on Tuesdays at 11. We’re learning to strengthen our muscles, develop better balance and generally improve our muscle strength. The class isn’t exhausting, we don’t get down onto the floor and we use chairs as support!

There is limited space, so please ask the convenor to check whether there is space.
