This group meets for light exercise every Tuesday at 11.00 a.m. for an hour. We’re learning to strengthen our muscles, develop better balance
and generally improve our muscle strength. The class isn’t exhausting,
we don’t get down onto the floor and we use chairs as support! We also use dumbbells and exercise bands. The group is quite lively and friendly and has both men and women in it, so don't be frightened, you exercise to your level of ability and hopefully have fun whilst doing so!
There is limited space, so please ask the convenor to check whether there is space.
